Account Receivables Professional

Description:

Hawk Revenue Group is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Receivables Professional to join our growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing the company’s receivables processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions and ensure timely posting of payments.

• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to invoices.

• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts for management review.

• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding financial transactions.

• Work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM to align with business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduation degree in any discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).

• Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
