Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer for project site operations in Lahore, responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities and site-level accounting.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Account Officer
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Project Site – Lahore
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Account Officer

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Manage site-level accounting and financial transactions
• Handle cash management, petty cash, and expense tracking
• Maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial records
• Coordinate with Head Office Finance team for reporting and reconciliation
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control at site level
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
