Axelliant is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join their team in Lahore. This position requires a dynamic professional passionate about B2B sales and strategic client growth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initiating outreach to successfully closing deals, ensuring the expansion and retention of a valuable client portfolio.
You will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, building and nurturing long-term business relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams including marketing, product development, and delivery will be essential to align client expectations with company capabilities and foster seamless service delivery.
Your role will also involve contributing to business forecasting, preparing detailed reports, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth to help Axelliant maintain its competitive edge. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, as is experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to efficiently manage client interactions and sales processes.
Candidates must be able to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time to align with client schedules. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or account management.
