Account Executive

Description:

• Maintain record of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Responsible for Bank Reconciliation at the end of every month
• Responsible for managing financial book, cash management, bank transaction regularly.
• Ensure the information accuracy and availability in the ERP
• Creditor as well as Debtor aging analysis.
• Daily billing to customers
• Prepare monthly invoices and submit it to customers in time
• Any other task as assigned
