Warehouse Audit Officer

Description:

SJS International, a leading cosmetic brand in Pakistan, is seeking a Warehouse Audit Officer for its Karachi Branch.

🔍 Role Description:

✅ Verify two products and match their descriptions, checking item codes, batch numbers and expiration dates and results email to DM and looping in HOD (Daily)
✅ Review shipping (OUT) and receiving (IN) documents (packing lists, invoices, bills) to ensure accuracy and completeness. (Daily)
✅ Review the logbook to check if vehicle and generator usage is recorded, and calculate the average rate per unit. (On & off)
✅ Ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to reduce inventory obsolescence and ensure effective stock utilization.

✍ Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience of audit and finance.
Required Skills: Strong Understanding of inventory items and warehouse/retail shop management.
