WE ARE HIRING: COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE (EXPORT & LOGISTICS) 🚢

Shark Innovation Labs is looking for a structured, detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team at our Karachi office!
If you have hands-on experience navigating freight forwarding portals, coordinating ocean carriers, and managing container bookings smoothly, we want you on our team.
📌 Location: Karachi, Pakistan
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Ocean Export Operations)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Carrier Bookings: Place and manage shipment bookings across all required carrier and customer portals.
Documentation & CROs: Proactively follow up with carriers to secure and confirm Container Release Orders (CROs) and prepare export transport documentation.
Shipment Planning: Assist in physical container planning for outbound shipments and oversee end-to-end export booking tracking.
Status Monitoring: Track live shipment statuses, provide timely updates, and maintain precise digital shipping records.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot booking or freight discrepancies with internal teams and external logistics stakeholders.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills:
Direct, working knowledge of export booking processes and major carrier web portals.
Mandatory: Flawless written email communication skills for dealing with global lines and carriers.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management tools.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel shipments in a fast-paced environment.
