Volunteer Remotely

Description:

As a volunteer mentor, you will be matched with a student based on her interests and aspirations. Over the course of three sessions, you’ll provide guidance, share your professional experiences, and help her explore career paths, set goals, and build self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commit to mentoring one girl for a 6-week period (3 sessions total, plus messaging in between)

• Attend a short onboarding session to understand our structure and best practices

• Help your mentee explore career options and set short-term and long-term goals

• Offer encouragement, support, and practical advice tailored to her needs

• Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp or Zoom, depending on her access

• Provide brief feedback at the end of the cohort to help us measure impact

Who We’re Looking For:

• Professional women from any field (especially medicine, technology, finance, education, or the arts)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Passionate about education and empowerment

• Reliable and able to commit to the full 6-week cycle
