Visual Merchandiser

Description:

We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Energiser Visual Merchandising to join our Visual Merchandising team. This position is responsible to drive brand consistency and commercial impact through visual merchandising, balancing store-level execution with concept specialization.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and update visual merchandising playbook and guidelines by gathering product-related information from relevant stakeholders

-Ensure consistency in VM presentation and storytelling, including floor changes, campaign executions, and seasonal launches while designing & standardising store concepts/displays across stores

-Research industry best practices and benchmarks for VM and recommend continuous improvements

-Measure and analyse the impact of VM by reviewing sales data from Retail and collection performance across respective stores

-Recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance sell-through based on data insights and store performance trends

-Maintain close coordination with Store Design on fixtures or props related matters

Experience & Education:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Interior Design
