What you'll actually do

• Edit scroll-stopping Reels and TikToks from raw footage shot by our content team
• Cut clean, aesthetic skincare content - product visuals, routines, campaign videos
• Add trendy subtitles, transitions, sound design, and music that fits the moment
• Structure edits around hooks and retention - the first two seconds are your job
• Turn long or messy raw clips into content people actually want to watch
• Version edits for different placements (Reels, TikTok, Stories, ads)
• Work closely with the content creator and Social Media Manager on a steady weekly output

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years editing short-form video for brands, agencies, or creators
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro and CapCut
• A real understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention - not just effects
• Speed: you can deliver a clean edit on a same-week (sometimes same-day) turnaround
