🔹 Responsibilities:
Edit YouTube long-form & Shorts content
Create engaging Instagram & TikTok reels
Add captions, transitions, sound effects & motion graphics
Work with property tours, neighborhood tours & marketing creatives
Deliver fast-paced, high-retention edits
🔹 Requirements:
Strong command of Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent)
Understanding of YouTube retention & hook strategies
Experience with social media content editing
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Minimum 1+ year experience preferred
