Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Verifier, located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Verifier will be responsible for verifying customer information, ensuring data accuracy, and providing high-quality customer support. The role involves handling verification calls, maintaining detailed records, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive verification calls
• Confirm customer and Medicare details accurately
• Enter and maintain correct information in the system
• Follow company rules, procedures, and compliance standards
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets

Requirements

• Minimum High School education (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1 year of call center or customer service experience
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Confident, professional, and reliable on calls
• Experience in healthcare or insurance campaigns is a plus
