Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to attract relevant projects.

• Bid on appropriate projects, ensuring proposals are tailored to client needs.

• Close accounts and manage ongoing relationships with clients.

• Maintain up-to-date statistics and performance reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that projects meet client expectations.

• Continuously monitor and adjust the approach to improve bidding strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in the industry, specifically with Upwork or freelancing platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

• Proven track record in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Trello and Excel.

• A proactive communicator with strong analytical skills.

• A "hustler mentality" and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
