Elite Techlogix is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Upwork Business Development Specialist who can generate revenue through Upwork by identifying opportunities, bidding strategically, communicating with clients, and successfully closing deals.

 

This role is ideal for professionals who have experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, SaaS Products, and other technology services on Upwork and want to build a long-term career leading business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define monthly and quarterly revenue targets and achieve them consistently.
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects in development and technology domains.
  • Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals that increase conversion rates.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Close deals and coordinate project handover to the technical team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and revenue generation.
  • Explore new business opportunities and growth channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of software development services and technology stacks.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation and sales-closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
