Key responsibilities include identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, managing client communications, and building long-term relationships. The role also includes maintaining the agency's Upwork profile, analyzing potential leads, negotiating project terms, and collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with services and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and proposal writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and tailored proposals.
• Experience in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in online platforms like Upwork and a good understanding of bidding processes and project sourcing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and related services like content creation, ads, branding, and web development.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms used for client acquisition and project management is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic workflows and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
