Upwork Specialist

Pikes Soft is hiring a results-driven Upwork Specialist to join our on-site team at our Lahore office in PCSIR Phase II. We are looking for a motivated and self-starting individual with a solid grasp of freelancing platforms—particularly Upwork—to manage our online presence, strategically bid on projects, and maintain strong performance stats.

In this role, you'll be expected to consistently pursue and close business opportunities, build rapport with potential clients, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. You should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to succeed in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s profile on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

• Actively bid on relevant projects that align with the company's services

• Acquire and close accounts with new clients by crafting customized proposals

• Maintain and track performance stats, reports, and follow-ups

• Use productivity tools such as Trello and Excel for task and lead management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to support pre-sales and post-sales activities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and freelance business development

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with tools like Trello and Excel

• A proactive and analytical mindset with a strong ability to prioritize

• Goal-oriented, highly organized, and motivated with a hustler mentality
