MB MED BILLS, a growing company based in Lahore, is looking to hire a full-time Upwork Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on Upwork. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong expertise in handling freelance marketplace profiles, particularly Upwork, and securing projects through effective bidding and client communication.

The selected candidate will work on-site at our Lahore office, helping us generate business opportunities, improve our profile visibility, and ensure high success rates in winning projects. If you have a proven track record of success on Upwork and possess exceptional proposal writing and client communication skills, we want you to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile to enhance visibility and appeal.
• Identify and bid on relevant projects aligned with the company’s services.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the success rate of securing projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and bidding on projects on Upwork (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms, especially Upwork.
• Demonstrated ability to secure projects and generate revenue from Upwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing expertise with a focus on client needs and value proposition.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
• Must be willing to work full-time at the Lahore office (this is not a remote position).
