✅ 2–3 years of proven experience on Upwork
✅ Strong proposal writing & bidding strategies
✅ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
✅ Ability to identify high-quality leads & convert them
✅ Experience in client handling & closing deals
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
