Are you experienced in winning projects on Upwork and crafting proposals that actually convert? We’re looking for a driven and research-oriented Upwork Outreach Executive to join our growing team at Visiomate.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Identify and apply to high-quality Upwork opportunities daily
• Research client businesses, hiring history, and project requirements
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals for:

Web Development
Mobile App Development
Generative AI / AI Automation Projects
• Handle initial client communication and qualification
• Maintain proposal pipelines and CRM records
• Improve proposal strategies based on results and analytics
• Coordinate smooth project handoff to the delivery team

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of hands-on Upwork bidding/business development experience
• Strong understanding of Upwork dynamics, JSS, proposal ranking, and client psychology
• Excellent copywriting and persuasive communication skills
• Technical understanding of:

React, Node.js, APIs, Databases
iOS, Android, React Native
Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, AI Automation
  • Strong research, time management, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
