We’re hiring an Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team onsite at our DHA Phase 4 office. If you have solid proposal writing skills, understand client needs, and want to grow in a business development role, this is for you.

🎯 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

Your core responsibility is to bid on relevant projects on Upwork, craft compelling proposals, and initiate communication with potential clients to secure quality leads.

🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Daily bidding on Upwork for suitable web, design, or digital service projects
• Write personalized, strategic proposals that stand out
• Engage with clients through chat and follow-up messages
• Qualify leads and work with the delivery team post-deal
• Maintain a tracker of bids, wins, and active leads
• Stay updated on Upwork trends, algorithms, and bidding best practices

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• At least 1 year of proven Upwork bidding experience
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Understanding of client needs and proposal customization
• Basic knowledge of services like web design/development, marketing, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
• Must be available for full-time onsite work in DHA Phase 4
