Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle and respond to leads on Upwork and similar platforms
✅ Write customized proposals tailored to client requirements
✅ Communicate effectively to close deals
✅ Coordinate with developers for project updates
✅ Share regular updates with clients and maintain strong relationships
✅ Meet monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in business development
🔹 Proven experience with Upwork bidding and closing leads
🔹 Excellent written & verbal communication skills
🔹 Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities
