Description:

Digital Cordex is seeking a smart and motivated Upwork Bidder to join their team on a monthly basis. The primary responsibility will be to find relevant SEO-related job postings on Upwork and send customized, meaningful proposals that align closely with the client's requirements. The role demands strong written English communication skills, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of SEO services such as Local SEO, On-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

Key responsibilities include daily bidding on SEO-related projects, crafting personalized proposals tailored to each client's needs (no copy-paste templates), identifying high-potential leads, and maintaining daily reports (tracking bids sent, responses, etc.). Candidates must value the importance of high-quality proposals and be eager to grow with the team over the long term.

Work Hours:
Flexible work hours are offered, with a minimum requirement of 4–5 hours daily from Monday to Saturday.

Compensation:
The company offers a monthly fixed salary along with additional bonuses for closed deals, providing significant earning potential for candidates who can successfully secure projects.
