Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder at SoftDev. The Upwork Bidder will identify relevant projects and craft compelling proposals on the Upwork platform to secure freelance contracts for the company. Daily tasks include researching potential business opportunities, understanding client needs, submitting customized bids, collaborating with team members on project requirements, and building relationships with potential clients. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in research, understanding client requirements, and identifying relevant business opportunities.
  • Strong writing skills for creating professional, customized proposals that align with client needs.
  • Experience in client communication, relationship management, and presentations on platforms like Upwork.
  • Basic knowledge of automation solutions and experience with tools used for online bidding or freelance platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability to changing needs, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
