Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder with a successful track record.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Upwork’s platform and best practices for securing projects.f
