Braigno Design Agency is seeking an experienced and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, working directly with an innovative agency focused on providing top-tier design services to startups and SaaS companies.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on projects that align with Braigno's core services: branding, UI/UX design, website design, and mobile app design.

- Develop strong communication with potential clients to secure meaningful projects.

- Ensure smooth handoff of secured projects to our team of designers

- Focus on building and scaling a robust project pipeline for the agency.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of proven success in Upwork bidding, with a track record of securing projects in the design and development fields.

- Must have an active Upwork account to be added as an exclusive agency member.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and project evaluation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to the growth of the agency.
