Are you a results-driven Upwork professional who knows how to win? Smart Soft Studios is looking for a talented bidder to help us grow our client base in MERN Stack, AI/ML, and Unity development.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Bidding on relevant projects across 2 company Upwork profiles
✅ Writing compelling proposals that convert
✅ Managing client communication from first message to closed deal
✅Focusing exclusively on MERN Stack, AI/ML & Unity-based projects

What We're Looking For:
🔹 1–2 years of Upwork bidding experience with a proven track record
🔹 Strong written English — your proposals need to stand out
🔹 Ability to generate a minimum of $6,000–$7,000 in business per month
🔹 Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
