Description:

We are looking for a proven, revenue-driven Upwork Sales Closer with strong experience in closing Web Design, CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix), and UI/UX projects for international clients.

This is not a beginner bidding role.

We need someone who can close projects, manage delivery with developers & designers, and ensure 5-star client satisfaction.

 

What You Must Have:

  • 2–3+ years of proven Upwork closing experience
  • Demonstrated track record of closing CMS & web projects
  • Experience closing projects in collaboration with developers & designers
  • Strong discovery call, objection handling & negotiation skills
  • Prior experience managing closed projects until successful delivery
  • Experience securing consistent 5-star ratings
  • Ability to lead and train Business Development Executives
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines & revenue forecasting

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close high-quality Web & CMS projects on Upwork
  • Coordinate with developers & designers to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage client communication throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure successful delivery and 5-star client ratings
  • Build and maintain a strong revenue pipeline
  • Lead and train BD team members
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
