Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder Executive and Intermediate level to generate business through Upwork by submitting quality proposals, communicating effectively with clients, and securing new projects for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search, identify, and bid on potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Write customized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients professionally to understand project requirements and build strong relationships
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads by following up with prospective clients and negotiating project scope, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimation before bidding
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, web & mobile development, and UI/UX design
- Ability to identify potential clients and craft proposals tailored to their requirements
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
