Futurenostics, a leading tech company, is expanding its business development team and looking for enthusiastic Upwork Bidding Specialists with 0–1 year of experience to join us onsite in Islamabad. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with relevant experience to grow their freelancing and business development skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a good understanding of the Upwork platform, and a passion for securing business opportunities. You’ll be working closely with our business development team to craft winning proposals, build long-term client relationships, and help drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit personalized, compelling proposals on Upwork tailored to client requirements.
• Analyze job postings to understand client needs and align proposals accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, communications, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
• Communicate professionally with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clearly communicate client requirements.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals for proposals, responses, and project wins.
• Collaborate with the technical team to produce accurate project estimates and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software development services and client needs.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eager to grow and learn in a collaborative team environment.
