As an Upwork Bidder, you’ll be responsible for identifying job opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, initiating client communications, and converting leads into successful business deals. Working during US business hours, you’ll play a vital role in acquiring international clients and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and apply for relevant projects on Upwork daily

• Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements

• Initiate conversations and maintain follow-ups with potential clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand service capabilities before bidding

• Track bidding performance, optimize strategies, and report regularly

• Stay up to date with trends in freelancing and Upwork policy changes

• Work closely with business development leadership to improve win ratios

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role

• Strong command of written English with excellent proposal writing skills

• Knowledge of IT services (web development, design, SEO, mobile apps, etc.)

• Familiarity with Upwork interface, bidding strategies, and profile management

• Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead conversion tactics

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset

• Willingness to work during US time zone hours
