AgileKode is seeking a Business Development Executive with excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—who can craft persuasive, professional proposals for platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit customized proposals on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork)
• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements
• Maintain CRM systems and keep records of outreach and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in English Literature, BBA, or a related field
• Previous experience with freelance platforms is a plus
• Ability to work from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT (4 hours remote, 4 hours on-site)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
