Truck Dispatch Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher with 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in the U.S. freight industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating freight movement while ensuring efficient routes, driver support, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch box trucks, dry vans, or reefers across U.S. routes
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
• Track loads from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates
• Maintain communication with drivers and resolve on-road issues
• Use load boards like DAT, TruckStop, or 123LoadBoard
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and ELD rules
• Prepare reports, manage load documentation

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of U.S. truck dispatching experience (Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, or Power Only)
• Strong understanding of U.S. time zones, geography, and freight terminology
• Excellent communication (English fluency required)
• Proficiency in dispatch software and load boards
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
