Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Treasury Executives".
Hiring for multiple positions.
Office Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi
Work Schedule: 8PM to 5AM (Night Shift) – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:
The Treasury Executive supports the treasury and finance team in managing the organization’s cash flow, banking operations, and financial transactions. This role ensures timely processing of payments, assists with bank reconciliations, maintains treasury records, and helps with liquidity monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
. Direct cash and credit card deposit management operations including; daily cash
administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
· Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in
accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Complete all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department
processes; prepare correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
· Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
· Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes.
· Review bank charges and provide monthly or quarterly reporting.
· Administer and maintain corporate credit card program.
· Maintain a backup for all financial data
· Annual Banking facility renewal.
· Engagement with banks on a regular basis.
· Work with internal stakeholders
· Pool cash from all bank accounts.
· Perform data integrity and balance sheet verification.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
