As a TikTok Shop Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing the performance of the TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth operations, optimizing sales, and maintaining excellent brand presence on the platform. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams to manage campaigns, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive growth through creative and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop account.

• Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and campaign scheduling.

• Monitor sales performance, traffic analytics, and user engagement.

• Coordinate with the creative/content team for video uploads and promotional assets.

• Address and resolve operational concerns, including orders, returns, and customer queries.

• Liaise with TikTok representatives to stay updated with trends, tools, and feature updates.

• Provide regular performance reports and suggestions for sales improvement.

• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop operations, or online marketplace management.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their impact on online sales.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and time management.

• Willingness to work during night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
