Carpe Diem is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage operations, order fulfillment, and customer order management.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage daily e-commerce operations and order processing.
Handle Shopify store operations, order management, and fulfillment workflows.
Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain customer records and operational data.
Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery tracking.
Manage customer order inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolution.
Communicate and coordinate with international clients, internal teams, and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely order fulfillment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a relevant field.
3-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or fulfillment.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Zoho CRM.
Previous experience working with international clients, preferably US or UK markets will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
