Telesales Specialist

IMC Certifications is looking for a target-driven Telesales Specialist for our Lahore branch. If you are motivated by results and enjoy converting leads into successful enrollments, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Promote and sell certification programs effectively
• Handle both warm and cold leads
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support
• Proven track record as a target achiever
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
