Customer Care Representative

Buy Box Global is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing team and support our international Amazon e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages and inquiries through Amazon/Etsay Seller Central.
• Manage order confirmations, returns, refunds, and order-related issues.
• Follow up on customer concerns and coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with basic Canva designs and other e-commerce support tasks when required.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Previous customer service or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is a plus.
