Telesales Specialist

 

Description:

Black Oak Digital is hiring a Tele Sales Representative for its client Waylink International, a fast-growing international consultancy helping students pursue higher education opportunities abroad.

This role is ideal for a confident, articulate, and goal-oriented individual who can convert inbound leads into successful consultations and guide students through the initial stages of their study-abroad journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads provided through Meta ads, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Contact prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand student profiles, interests, and eligibility for studying abroad
  • Provide clear information about admissions, scholarships, and next steps
  • Schedule and coordinate consultation meetings with counselors
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Achieve monthly lead conversion and appointment targets
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with potential students
  • Coordinate with the internal admissions and counseling team

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or customer support
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle student inquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot), Google Sheets, or lead management systems (preferred)
  • Experience in education consultancy or visa services is a plus
