Telesales Representative

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers to effectively communicate our cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information, handling inquiries, and turning leads into viable sales opportunities. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Strong Sales abilities with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
• Capability for Training customers or team members on best practices, products, and services as required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
