Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative with excellent English fluency to drive sales and support business growth. You will engage with potential clients, explain our digital services, qualify leads, and help convert prospects into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Present and explain ESP Inspire’s digital services (SEO, web design, PPC, social media, etc.) in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and hand off qualified leads to account managers.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns and lead quality.
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of telesales or inside sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Fluent in English — clear spoken and written communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Results‑driven with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced team environment.
