🧭 About the Role

We’re expanding our U.S. Life Back Taxes Campaign and are looking for Telesales Representatives who can confidently connect with U.S. clients, build rapport, and close deals. If you’ve got the skills, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

📞 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and handle inbound inquiries.

Promote and upsell company services to prospective customers.

Build trust, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and follow up on leads.

Consistently meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.

✅ Requirements

Minimum 1 year telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred).

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Persuasive, confident, and results-driven personality.

Strong negotiation & listening skills.
