Telesales Representative

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our call center team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls (and/or handling inbound inquiries) to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-driven, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers or follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address objections effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.
