Telesales Representative

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support, sales activities, manage inbound and outbound calls,generate leads,conducting training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Qualify prospects and undeestand their needs.
• Follow up with leads via Phone,Email and Linked in to nurture relationships.
• Maintain and update CRM database with lead interactions and progress.
• Lead or exceed monthly lead generations and sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in a sales or customer service role is must
• Fluent in English reading,writing ,speaking .British accent is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Able to convert enquiries into sales
