Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers

Handle inbound inquiries and guide customers professionally

Pitch services confidently and clearly

Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and daily call logs

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Handle objections and close sales effectively

Communicate with customers via call/WhatsApp/email when required

Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in TeleSales or Call Center Sales

Strong communication and convincing skills (Urdu & English)

Target-driven and confident in closing deals

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management tools is a plus
