As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the company’s services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

• Lead Management: Effectively handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding support and assistance, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.

• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, supervisors, and management to refine sales techniques and improve client engagement strategies.
