Telephone Sales Representative

Description:

Payzium, a Canada-based company, is hiring experienced and high-performing Telephone Sales Representatives to join its remote team. This opportunity is ideal for target-driven sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-based environments and want to build a long-term, rewarding sales career.

The role is remote, with a night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) to align with North American business hours. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in energy deregulation, solar, or consultation-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and deliver persuasive pitches.

• Qualify prospects and set appointments or close deals depending on campaign structure.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain strong communication with team leads and participate in coaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, energy deregulation, solar sales, or consultative closing.

• Fluent in English with a speaking/listening proficiency of at least 9/10.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Reliable high-speed internet, a high-performance laptop, and a noise-canceling headset.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.

• Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 70000–150000/month (commensurate with experience)

• Commission: PKR 1000–2000 per successful appointment

• Promotion to Team Lead based on consistent performance

  • Additional Commission: PKR 500–1000 per sale from your team

  • Salary Raise: 20%–30% increase after 3 months of consistent performance
