Duseca Software SMC Pvt. Limited is a growing mobile and web application development company serving international clients. We are looking for motivated and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program in Business Development at our Islamabad office.

Selected candidates will receive professional mentorship, hands-on training, and an opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on their performance and successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh BBA graduates, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Interest in sales, client management, and business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client queries and tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
