Description:
AIN is looking for proactive Tele sales Specialist to join our Karachi office. You’ll make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, book meetings, and support the sales process – working closely with our sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into clients.
Key responsibilities
+ Make high-volume outbound calls to target prospects and follow up on leads.
+ Qualify leads, record activity in the CRM.
+ Present Ain Finance services clearly and professionally (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Audit, Company Formation).
+ Handle client enquiries and provide accurate information or escalate as needed.
+ Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
+ Work towards weekly and monthly sales/activity targets.
Must-have qualifications
+ Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
+ Proven tele sales or outbound sales experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Comfortable working fulltime onsite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
