📞 We’re Hiring: Tele Sales Executive – US Market 📞

📍 Location: NFC Society near wapda town, Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, aligned with US hours)

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and prior experience in US-based outbound sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to US clients and prospects
Present products/services, generate interest, and close deals
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Record and update client information in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and pitch quality
Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally

🎯 Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in tele sales / call center sales (US market experience preferred)
Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral/accented tone
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM software will be a plus
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in B2B / B2C US outbound campaigns
✔ Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
✔ Self-motivated with strong team collaboration abilities
