3techno is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and converting leads into customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone
Promote 3techno’s services clearly and confidently
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or call-based sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
