📞 We’re Hiring: Tele Sales Executive – US Market 📞
📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, aligned with US hours)
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and prior experience in US-based outbound sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to US clients and prospects
• Present products/services, generate interest, and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Record and update client information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and pitch quality
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in tele sales / call center sales (US market experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral/accented tone
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM software will be a plus
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in B2B / B2C US outbound campaigns
✔ Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
✔ Self-motivated with strong team collaboration abilities
